Danie attended the  University of Stellenbosch and graduated in 1995 and qualified as a Conveyancer in 1998, and was admitted as a Notary Public in 2001.

In 2005 Danie joined Leon Frank & Partners as an Associate and became a partner in 2011. His specialties includes drafting of wills, administration of deceased estates, and drafting of purchase agreements and general conveyancing related work, with a particular emphasis on distressed sales. Danie is accordingly extremely well versed in intricate property transfers and has tremendous experience in property transactions involving distressed sellers, involving negotiations with the foreclosure divisions of major banks and is often able to secure a purchaser from amongst our investor clients, prior to the auction date.
