Fanie matriculated at  Paarl Boys’ High School and graduated from Stellenbosch University in 1995, three years of which was spent in his beloved Wilgenhof Men’s Residence.  After his studies he travelled to the United Kingdom and Europe and spent a year in London.

Upon his return, Fanie enrolled at the School of Legal Practice with the University of Cape Town and commenced with his articles 1998. He was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 1999. Upon completion of his articles with our firm, and in April 1999, he was appointed as a Professional Assistant. Fanie was appointed as an Associate with the firm in 2002, and became a partner in 2011.

Fanie’s specialities include general family law, divorce matters, High Court Civil Litigation, residential and commercial evictions and general civil litigation.
