In 2006 MJ matriculated from Potchefstroom Gimnasium, after which she worked as Au Pair in Columbus, Ohio for a year. Upon returning to South Africa she obtained her LL.B. degree in 2012, studying both at the North West University and the Katholike Universiteit van Leuven, in Belgium.

After relocating to Somerset West, she completed her articles at Leon Frank & Partners and was enrolled as attorney in March 2014 and as Conveyancer in March 2015.

MJ specializes in all Body Corporate and related Sectional Title and Home Owners’ Association issues, such as the recovery of unpaid levies, usually by selling the property on auctions. She has extensive knowledge on the workings of Sectional Title Schemes and is driven by obtaining end results and can assist from the start point in litigation to the end point of registration. She also enjoys drafting of contracts and business agreements.

In her personal time MJ enjoys hiking, cycling, stage productions, travelling, hosting parties, wine and actively learning new skills.
